Hello, I'm Jess...
I’m an independent and inclusive wedding celebrant based in South Devon who believes the most meaningful ceremonies are the ones that truly reflect the people at the centre of them.
The ceremony is the heart of the wedding, the moment that sets the tone and the atmosphere for whole day and ultimately, the reason that all your loved ones have gathered in one place.
I’m here to deliver bespoke and personal ceremonies that are a heartfelt reflection of you, your story and your journey together.
I bring warmth, calm and genuine care to every ceremony I create, and I love helping couples bring their story to life in a way that feels relaxed, genuine and unmistakably them.
My Story
Originally from Gower, I swapped the South Wales coast for the South West in 2016 and now live in Devon, with my husband, our two little boys and our dog, Barney.
Alongside being a celebrant, I work part-time as a Lymphoedema Specialist Nurse; a role that has shaped my people-centred approach to how I work.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on the moors or the shores with a (strong!) coffee in hand.
Why I became a Celebrant?
I became a wedding celebrant in 2025 after deciding to combine my love for all things weddings with my passion of crafting, creating and organising.
After several of our friends had celebrant led weddings, I fell in love with the concept of a ceremony that tells your story and becomes a personal and fun part of the day, rather than the tick box exercise it is often perceived as.
